Nacho Cheddar Cheese Ball Mix Preparation Recipe
Standard preparation for our Nacho Cheddar Cheese Ball Mix.
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese*
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- No bake/cook
Combine ingredients; chill 2 hours. Shape into a ball. Serve with Blue Aztec Chips, corn chips or crackers. * Light cream cheese may be used; fat-free will not set up properly. Variation: Stir in finely shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeños or chopped olives. Suggestion: Roll cheese ball in finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley.

Too bad it's discontinued, I wanted to have a party and order this as well as some other things depending on sample tasts at the party. Everyone i know that has tasted this absolutely loved it. I've had it with the beer bread, crackers, and tortilla chips and they and they tasted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PJcooking from good; dried pieces stayed dried I made this tonight, adding extra cheddar as suggested. It was of course easy, and there wasn't much leftover. Only issue was that the larger dried pieces stayed dried.
