Mini Chocolate Ugly Cakes Recipe
All you need is water for these decadent desserts.
- ½ cup cold water
- About 1¼ cups hot water
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine contents of Packet 1 with cold water; stir until well blended. Divide batter between five greased 7-8 ounce ramekins (about a ⅓ cup batter in each). Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of Packet 2 contents into each ramekin; level out the topping. Pour ¼ cup of hot water into each ramekin. Place ramekins on a baking sheet; bake for 18-20 minutes or until barely set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm. Makes 5 servings.
