  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 4 - 5 cubed potatoes
  • 8 oz. can diced green chiles
  • 2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro
  • White pepper to taste
  • Finely shredded Cheddar cheese
