Mexican Pie Recipe

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (9-inch) refrigerated prepared pie crusts
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add Corn, Black Bean Salsa and cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust. Top with remaining pie crust placed upside down. Crimp edges to seal; make small slits in top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.
