  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 (16 oz.) bottles taco sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 lb. Jumbo pasta shells, cooked al dente
  • Sour cream
  • Black olives, chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Brown ground beef and onion together; drain. Add Fiesta Party Dip Mix and combine well. Stir in cream cheese until melted. Set aside to cool. Stuff into cooled cooked shells. Pour 8 ounces of taco sauce on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan, place stuffed shells on sauce. Cover shells with the remaining sauce. Cover with foil, bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover, top with your favorite shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream, olives, tomatoes, scallions or any of your favorite taco toppers. Makes 6 servings.
