Merlot Cheddar Burgers Recipe
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves, tomato slices
- Prepare grill to medium heat. In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; shape into 4 patties.
- Place patties on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
- Top burgers with cheese the last minute of grilling. Place burgers on buns. Drizzle with additional Merlot Sauce as desired. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.
