Merlot and Mushroom Pork Tenderloin Medallions Recipe

1. Slice tenderloins into 1/2" medallions and season with sea salt and herb seasoning
2. Place butter and oil into pan and melt over medium high heat
3. Coat both sides of each tenderloin with flour
4. Place 1 layer of tenderloins into skillet and brown on each side about 2 minutes (you will need to repeat this step until all of the medallions are cooked)
5. Place medallions in the oven to remain hot at 185 degrees until sauce is prepared
6. After preparing all of the tenderloins, you will make the sauce
7. Stir in the mushroom and Merlot sauce and the chicken broth and add the onion onion seasoning
8. Stir until brought to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes
9. Add the medallions back into the sauce and continue to cook until temp inside the medallions is 170 degrees, around 3 minutes
10. Serve and enjoy!
