Mango Vanilla Mousse Tartlets Recipe

Mango vanilla whipped goat cheese and cream piped into phyllo tartlets and topped with fresh fruit.

  • 2 (1.9 ounce) packages frozen phyllo shells (30)
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks, thawed and diced
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced (¼ cup)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 ounces soft goat cheese or mascarpone cheese

  1. Prepare phyllo shells according to package directions; cool completely. In small bowl, toss together fruit and mint; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl and using an electric mixer on high, whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In large bowl, combine goat cheese and Mango Vanilla Cheese Ball Mix. Using electric mixer, beat on high until light and fluffy. Add half the whipped cream and beat until incorporated. Fold in remaining whipped cream until combined.
  4. Transfer to a food storage bag, cut of the corner and pipe into prepared shells. Spoon fruit over mousse.

Makes 10 servings.
