Mango Lime Corn on the Cob Recipe

- 4 fresh ears of corn

¼ cup Mango Lime Sauce
- Crumbled queso fresco cheese, chopped cilantro, cracked black pepper

- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove husks and silks from corn. Place ears of corn directly on grill.
- Grill, turning occasionally, until lightly chard, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from grill and brush with Mango Lime Sauce.
- Serve garnished with crumbled queso freso cheese, cilantro and black pepper.
