Mango Lime Corn on the Cob Recipe

  • 4 fresh ears of corn
  • ¼ cup Mango Lime Sauce
  • Crumbled queso fresco cheese, chopped cilantro, cracked black pepper

cooking methods

  • Grill


  1. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove husks and silks from corn. Place ears of corn directly on grill.
  2. Grill, turning occasionally, until lightly chard, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from grill and brush with Mango Lime Sauce.
  3. Serve garnished with crumbled queso freso cheese, cilantro and black pepper.
