  • 2½ lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and sliced diagonally 1/8-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Malt Vinegar French Fry Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400°. Place potato slices in a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes to remove some of the excess starch; drain and pat dry with paper towel. Combine ingredients in large bow; stir to coat. Place on 2 foil-lined baking sheets in a single layer. Bake 25-30 minutes or until potato edges are golden brown. Sprinkle with a little more seasoning, if desired. Tip: for easy preparation, combine ingredients in a gallon resealable plastic bag; shake to coat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy! I had just a few extra potatoes so I thought I'd try this and we loved them! I did sprinkle extra salt on them before baking and they were super don't do that. We liked them salty but I'll skip the extra salt next time. I also did bake them for longer - about 35 minutes because we wanted them crispy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have a few chips with less guilt! I followed the recipe on the website for the potato chips and they were delicious! The seasoning will have to be to your taste, so start with less and you can always sprinkle on a bit more!
