Mai Tai Mini Fruit Pizzas Recipe
Sugar cookies spread with Mai Tai Cheese Ball and topped with fresh fruit.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 16 large sugar cookies
- 2½ cups chopped fruit such as mandarin oranges, pineapple, kiwi, cherries, mangos
- Mint leaves, optional
- No bake/cook
- In small bowl, combine cream cheese and Mai Tai Cheese Ball Mix. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, spread cookies with prepared cheese ball. Top with desired fruit and mint, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
