  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 large sugar cookies
  • 2½ cups chopped fruit such as mandarin oranges, pineapple, kiwi, cherries, mangos
  • Mint leaves, optional

  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese and Mai Tai Cheese Ball Mix. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate, covered, 2 hours.
  2. When ready to serve, spread cookies with prepared cheese ball. Top with desired fruit and mint, if desired.
