Long Island Ice Pops Recipe

  • 1 package Long Island Frozen Drink Mix
  • 8 ounces (1 cup) vodka
  • 6 cups warm water
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries


Special Equipment: Ice pop molds and 16 sticks

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher.
  2. Place 1 lemon slice and 2-3 fresh raspberries in each ice pop mold. Carefully pour spiked tea mixture to fill each one.
  3. Insert stick into each ice pop. Freeze 12-14 hours or overnight.

Makes 16 servings.

Tip: If you don’t have ice pop molds, fill 16 (5 oz.) disposable paper cups ¾ full with drink mixture. Freeze 1 hour, and insert ice pop sticks into the center of each one. Freeze 11-13 additional hours or overnight.
