Lemon Dill Egg Salad Recipe
Avocado and dill combine to create a delicious egg salad.

1 packet Lemon Dill Cheese Ball Mix
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and mashed
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery

In a medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in eggs and celery. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill 1 hour, if desired, or serve immediately. Serve on a slice of toasted Bountiful Beer Bread, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
Tip: To prevent avocado leftovers from browning, cover with plastic wrap. Press down onto salad to seal.
