  • Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 cup non-fat regular or Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz. light non-whipped dairy topping ( or regular, fat-free or sugar-free)
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi, cut into ¼ to ½-inch pieces
  • Raspberries
  • ½ box low-fat vanilla wafers, crushed

Combine the cheese ball mix (packet 1) with yogurt and fold in whipped topping. Place a layer of this mixture in the bottom of dessert cup, then a layer of crushed wafers, and then fruit. Repeat layers as desired. Top with extra crushed wafers and serve.
