Key Lime Lightened Delight! Recipe
The beauty of this dessert is you can change the ingredients based on your goals – low-fat, fat free, sugar free, etc.
- 1 cup non-fat regular or Greek vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz. light non-whipped dairy topping ( or regular, fat-free or sugar-free)
- Kiwi, cut into ¼ to ½-inch pieces
- ½ box low-fat vanilla wafers, crushed
- No bake/cook
Combine the cheese ball mix (packet 1) with yogurt and fold in whipped topping. Place a layer of this mixture in the bottom of dessert cup, then a layer of crushed wafers, and then fruit. Repeat layers as desired. Top with extra crushed wafers and serve.
