In a large skillet brown rice with olive oil. Slowly add water and bouillon mixture; stir to blend. Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low for 20-25 minutes. After 18-20 minutes, uncover and stir occasionally to keep from burning. Makes about 4-6 servings.
