Jalapeño Salsa con Queso Recipe
Queso is a favorite dip at gatherings - this version is full of fantastic flavor.
- ½ (32 ounce) loaf processed cheese spread (such as Velveeta®)
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with chiles, onions and cilantro, drained
- In microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on HIGH 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until melted and well combined.
- Transfer to a small, dip size slow cooker; keep warm.
Makes about 3 cups.
Make Ahead: Combine all ingredients in microwave-safe storage container. Refrigerate, covered, up to 1 day. Continue with second half of step 1.
