Italian Garlic Turkey Meatballs Recipe
These meatballs are delicious added to many soups, casseroles or with barbecue sauce – so versatile and so yummy!
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
Heat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
