Individual Baked Omelets Recipe

- 12 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Makes 12 servings.
