Hoppin' Jalapeño Veggie Shooters Recipe
Great appetizer idea for your next party!
- ¼ cup mayonnaise (real mayonnaise only)
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 3-4 Tbsp. milk
- Empty squirt bottle (such as for ketchup or mustard0
- 12 Shooter or shot glasses
- Carrots, celery, green and red bell peppers, sliced julienne (matchstick style)
- No bake/cook
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir to blend. Chill 2 hours; spoon mixture into squirt bottle. Using squirt bottle, fill each of the shot glasses with about 1-inch of dip mixture. Place a variety of julienne vegetables, upright, in each shot glass. Refill dip mix and vegetables as needed. Makes 12 servings.
