Honey Teriyaki Mushrooms Recipe
Add this delicious side to any of your favorite meals, or top it on a bed of rice and make it a meal on it's own.
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 lb. stemmed, halved mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
Melt butter in skillet; add all other ingredients. Cook over moderate heat until mushrooms are tender. Transfer mushrooms with slotted spoon to a bowl and boil liquid until reduced to thickened glaze. Return mushrooms to skillet, heat through; season with salt and pepper. Makes 4-6 servings.
