Honey Mustard Chicken Salad Sandwich Recipe
This chicken salad gets a great sweet and spicy flavor from the Honey Mustard.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 pound cooked and chopped chicken
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 medium celery ribs, chopped
- 8 slices bread of choice
- In medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; salt and pepper as desired.
- Add remaining ingredients except bread; toss to coat well.
- Spread over bread slices. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
