Honey Bourbon Citrus Kabobs Recipe
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preheat grill to medium or preheat broiler. Alternate pieces of chicken, pineapple, and vegetables on skewers. Brush lightly with Honey Bourbon Citrus Glaze. Grill or broil, basting with remaining glaze until nicely browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 6 servings.
Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes before using.
