Holiday Antipasto Wreath Recipe

Tis the season! Make this fun and festive appetizer with salami, mozzarella, veggies, and sweet-tangy balsamic.

1. Thread a tomato, artichoke heart, pepper, mozzarella pearl, folded meat slice, basil leaf and/or olive onto each skewer. Repeat, alternating the order of ingredients slightly each time, to create approximately 30 skewers.
2. Arrange tightly in a wreath shape on a large serving platter or plate. (Create more skewers with remaining ingredients as needed for a larger wreath.) Tuck small sprigs of rosemary throughout wreath for garnish if desired. 
3. Just before serving, drizzle with Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and/or Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Season with black pepper as desired. Serve with additional balsamic and/or oil on the side for dipping.

Makes 15 servings.

Note: If mozzarella pearls are unavailable, any fresh mozzarella will work - just cut into bite-sized pieces.
