Herbalicious Spinach Broccoli Quiche Recipe

- 10 oz. box frozen broccoli, thawed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 1/4 cup light cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pie crust, thawed
Squeeze out excess liquid in broccoli and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients; stir and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes then turn down to 325° and bake for another 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set. Let quiche cool for a 1/2 hour before serving. Makes about 8 servings.
