Hearty Fajitas Recipe
This freezer meal is packed full of flavor - hearty fajitas your whole family will love!
ingredients
- 1½ lbs. flank steak
-
1 packet Bold Burger™ Seasoning
- ½ cup beer
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
-
1-2 tsp. Ultimate Steak Seasoning
- 12 (8-inch) whole wheat tortillas

- Stovetop
directions
Assembly instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. In a quart resealable freezer bag, combine next 4 ingredients. Place both bags inside another gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze.
Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill or fry steak 4-6 minutes per side, to desired doneness. Wrap peppers and onions in foil and grill to desired doneness. Slice steak into thin strips against the grain. Place steak, peppers and onions in tortillas and serve. Makes 6 servings.

Best Fajitas Ever!!
Wow, my husband had a hard time making himself quit. He told me several times that he never had anything this good before. I did tweak this recipe - followed the recipe, except I fried meat and then added the veggies, added 2 cups salsa, also spices - salt, paprika, ground black pepper, oregano, cumin, garlic and chili powder. probably about a teaspoon of each. YUM!!!!!

The steak wa so tender and tasty.
This steak was so good. Such great flavor and so tender. I prepared it as a freezer meal back in July, so it was frozen before thawing and cooking it. It had plenty of time to get happy!

Delicious with chicken too!
The flavor on these were so great! We substituted the steak with chicken, because well, that's what we had! When we marinated and made into a freezer meal, that really helped soak up the all this delicious flavor! Kids LOVED it!
