Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1½ pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
Directions
- In a storage container or gallon freezer bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Add steaks. Seal well and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 10-19 minutes.
- Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Slice across the grain.
- Makes 6 servings.
- Serve with grilled veggies of choice.
