Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons Ultimate Steak™ Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1½ pounds boneless beef sirloin steak

Directions

  1. In a storage container or gallon freezer bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Add steaks. Seal well and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 10-19 minutes.
  3. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Slice across the grain.
  • Makes 6 servings.
  • Serve with grilled veggies of choice.
  • Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 2.

    Only steak recipe we make now!

    I found this recipe years ago in one of the meal kits and it's the only recipe my family wants me to use for steaks now! We actually use this recipe for beef, venison, and tuna steaks. You've got to try it - it's really good!
