Grilled Sweet & Sour Pork Chops Recipe
Pork chops seasoned with Sí Sí Cilantro Seasoning and grilled. Finished with Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 bone-in pork chops, seasoned with salt and pepper (about 2-3 pounds)
- Prepare grill to medium heat. In small dish, combine oil and Sí Sí Cilantro Seasoning. Brush on pork chops.
- Place pork on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 155°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Brush with Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce the last 2-3 minutes of grilling.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with Citrus Herb Grilled Broccoli.
