  • 1½ lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Bold Burgerâ„¢ Seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 oz. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, fried

  • Stovetop


Assembly instructions: Combine first five ingredients. Form into 6 patties and place between wax paper in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze.

Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Grill or fry to desired doneness. Serve on buns with cheese and bacon. Makes 6 servings.

But the addition of the Bold Burger Seasoning with the Ultimate Steak Seasoning and fresh mushrooms made this a flavor sensation. Ready to pull from the freezer and delight guests or my farmers as they start the fall harvest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best pub style burger! Who doesn't love that classic 'pub style' burger to whip up quickly? The flavor on this was so bold and delicious! The mushrooms in the hamburger itself was awesome, although I did kind of dislike the idea at first. Marinade them and sauté in a fry pan a little before you dice them to put in the hamburger, you will love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perhaps the best!!! This is perhaps the BEST burger we have ever made on the grill. I am not a fan of mushrooms and my husband loves them! So it was easy to fill his full of mushrooms and leave them out of mine. The Bold Burger Seasoning is great! We served with fresh tomatoes from my garden!!! Super! I split the recipe and froze the remainder for a quick meal next time.
