Grilled Green Tea Asparagus Recipe

  • 2 bunches fresh asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1½ tablespoons Green Tea Peppercorn Seasoning

  1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag; salt and pepper as desired. Let stand 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare grill to medium heat. Place asparagus on grill, perpendicular to grates. Grill, turning occasionally, 4-6 minutes or until desired doneness.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Make ahead: Prepare step 1. Seal well and refrigerate up to overnight. Continue with step 2.
