Grilled Bok Choy and Peppers Recipe
- 3 baby bok choy (1 bunch), cut in half lengthwise
- 1 (16 ounce) package colored mini sweet peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Brush bok choy and peppers with oil and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt.
- Grill until charred on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
