  • 3 baby bok choy (1 bunch), cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 (16 ounce) package colored mini sweet peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Prepare grill to medium heat. Brush bok choy and peppers with oil and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt.
  2. Grill until charred on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
