Gluten-Free Pumpkin Swirl Cake Recipe
Made with pumpkin. Moist. Fluffy. Decadent. And includes swirling ribbons of cream cheese to make it even more special.

Gluten-Free Cinnamon Apple Cake Mix
- 3 eggs, divided
- 15 oz. canned pumpkin
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp. gluten-free cornstarch or rice flour

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cake mix with 2 eggs and pumpkin; spread half of the batter into a greased 9-inch round pan. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; dollop half the mixture over batter in cake pan. Top with remaining pumpkin batter, and dollop with remaining cream cheese mixture. Swirl together with a knife to create a marbled effect. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool.
