  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cinnamon-flavored or regular applesauce
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients; stir to blend. Spread mixture in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool completely. Makes about 9 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very moist and crispy! Our family of 6 loved it. The hubby couldnt stay out of it. The kids said it was moist with crispy edges. I made it in a 8x8 and it reached the top (at least two inches thick). Our applesauce has a tendency to be too sweet but this recipe made it work.
