Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Waffles Recipe

- 1 cup milk
Whisk egg in medium bowl. Add mix and milk; stir to blend. Set aside for 10 minutes. Stir again. Heat waffle iron and bake waffle according to waffle iron instructions. Serve with your favorite syrup. Variation: Stir ½ cup frozen blueberries into batter.
