Gluten-Free Apple Chip Pancakes Recipe
The aroma of these pancakes will get everyone out of bed in a hurry!

1 packet Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup applesauce
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Whisk first 3 ingredients; set aside for 10 minutes. Whisk rest of ingredients into batter. Ladle onto a greased, preheated griddle. Turn pancakes when tops bubble and edges begin to brown. Top with your favorite maple syrup. Makes 12-14 (4½-inch) pancakes.
