Garlic Parmesan Mashed Cauliflower Recipe
A quick and simple side dish for any meal.
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces (about 4 cups)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan (optional)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Steam cauliflower until it's fork-tender, approximately 5-10 minutes. Place cauliflower in a food processor with the remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
