Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pizza Recipe
Zesty blue cheese adds the finishing touch on this pizza - a great recipe for leftover chicken.
- 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- ¾ cup finely chopped celery
- 1 (4 ounce) container blue cheese crumbles
- 1½ cups finely shredded Colby Jack cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 15 x 10 inch pan; unroll dough and press into pan. Spread ¼ cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce over dough. In medium bowl, combine, chicken, celery and remaining Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce; spoon evenly over crust. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Drizzle with ranch dressing or serve it on the side.
Rated 5 out of 5 by suzanne6666 from So great as an appetizer or diner It doesn't matter how I make this pizza, everyone loves it! I have used canned or leftover cooked chicken, omitted the ranch dressing and put crumbled blue cheese on the pizza before cooking it and it still was a hit!
