Garlic Orange Glazed Ham Recipe
A delicious and juicy glazed ham - perfect for Easter or any day.
- 1 (8 lb.) smoked spiral-cut bone-in ham
- 6 oz. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
Preheat oven to 325°. Arrange ham cut-side down in a shallow roasting pan. Rub entire ham surface with Garlic Garlic Seasoning. Cover ham with aluminum foil and bake 1½ hours. While ham is baking mix orange juice, brown sugar, mustard and ginger in a small bowl. Remove ham from oven, remove foil and pour glaze over ham. Return ham to oven uncovered, bake an additional 45 minutes basting ham with the juices every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let ham rest 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve. Makes 12-16 servings.
