Garlic Linguine with Sausage & Kale Recipe

1. Prepare pasta as directed according to package directions, decreasing time by 3 minutes. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water; set aside. Drain and toss pasta with ½ tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
2. Meanwhile, in a large stockpot or large deep skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble sausage until no longer pink. Add kale and Garlic Garlic Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until kale is tender.
3. Add pasta and reserved pasta water; toss to coat. Simmer, uncovered, until pasta is al dente and liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
