Garlic Grilled Zucchini Recipe
- 3 medium zucchini, cut into wedges lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Salt and pepper as desired. Seal well; toss to coat.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Place zucchini on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until browned and tender or desired doneness, about 8-10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
