Fig Balsamic Chicken Salad Recipe
Fig Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a perfect complement for this turkey salad.
- ½-1 tsp. poppy seed
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 large head lettuce, chopped (approx. 8 cups)
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- No bake/cook
In a small bowl whisk first 4 ingredients; set aside. Place lettuce in a large bowl. Add turkey or chicken and remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
