Fiesta Shrimp Salad Recipe
Fresh avocado, light shrimp and bacon all tossed in a spicier dip mix make an explosion of delicious flavors.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp
- 2 peeled, diced avocados
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 12 oz. prepared, chilled penne pasta
- No bake/cook
Combine first 2 ingredients; chill 2 hours. Add prepared Fiesta Party Dip mixture to remaining ingredients; toss gently to blend. Makes 4-5 servings.
