Fiesta Roasted Chickpeas Recipe
A delicious and healthy snack or side dish - Fiesta Roasted Chickpeas.
- 15-16 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Spread chickpeas on an ungreased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 65 minutes or until browned and crisp enough to rattle when pan is gently shaken. Remove from pan and allow to cool slightly.
