Fiesta Chicken Fingers with Ranch Dip Recipe
Chicken fingers are a family favorite - especially when they are kicked up a notch with our Fiesta Party Dip Mix.
- 1 cup unseasoned dried breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup ranch dressing for dipping
Combine first 2 ingredients in shallow bowl. In separate shallow bowl, beat eggs. Dip chicken strips into eggs and then dredge in Fiesta Party Dip Mix crumb mixture. Place chicken strips on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping. Makes 3-4 servings.
