  1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, heat Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and peppers; salt and pepper as desired. Sauté 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add in mushrooms, zucchini, Onion Onion Seasoning and Garlic Garlic Seasoning. Sauté 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer; reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
