Everyday Grilled Sweet Potatoes Recipe
There’s loads of flavor in this healthy side dish!
- 2 pounds fresh sweet potato yams
- 2 tablespoons honey or Mike's Hot Honey®
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut potatoes into lengthwise wedges. Toss with Avocado Oil and Everyday Grillin' Seasoning.
- Place potato wedges on grill. Grill, turning once, until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drizzle wedges with honey; serve hot.
