Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon + pinch Seasoned Salt, divided
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 slices rye bread
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- Fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Carefully crack eggs into pan; sprinkle with Onion Onion Seasoning and a pinch of Seasoned Salt. Add water to pan and cover.
- Cook about 1-2 minutes and remove from heat; leave lid on skillet to keep warm. Set aside.
- In small bowl, mash avocado with remaining ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Toast bread; spread with cream cheese, then avocado mixture. Top with fried eggs and desired amount of black pepper. Serve immediately.
