Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Onion™ Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon + pinch Seasoned Salt, divided
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 slices rye bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • Fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In small skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Carefully crack eggs into pan; sprinkle with Onion Onion Seasoning and a pinch of Seasoned Salt. Add water to pan and cover.
  2. Cook about 1-2 minutes and remove from heat; leave lid on skillet to keep warm. Set aside.
  3. In small bowl, mash avocado with remaining ½ teaspoon Seasoned Salt and lemon juice. Set aside.
  4. Toast bread; spread with cream cheese, then avocado mixture. Top with fried eggs and desired amount of black pepper. Serve immediately.
