Easy-to-Eat Tacos Recipe
Grill the meat in patties, use slices of cheese and tomatoes instead of shreds, and wrap it all up in a tortilla.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 4-5 (6-inch) flour tortillas or taco shells
- American cheese slices
- Sliced tomatoes
- Leaf lettuce
- Sour cream
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir to blend. Shape meat mixture into 4-5 patties in the shape of half a tortilla. Grill or fry patties to desired doneness. Serve patties in tortillas (like a taco); layer with remaining ingredients. Makes 4-5 servings.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Andie from New Twist on the Taco Even though I did not eat the taco as it should have been because that would of meant reading the directions;). Just goes to show that you can make a mistake with our recipes or put your own twist on it and still have a great meal. However, it had a great taste and looking forward to trying to make it like it was meant to be eaten.
