Dill Pickle Salsa Con Queso Recipe

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 1 lb. processed cheese (such as Velveeta®)
- Slow Cooker
Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain if necessary. Add salsa, beans and cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Serve immediately, or transfer to a slow cooker and heat on low for 1-2 hours. Makes 8-10 servings. Tip: If queso becomes too thick, thin with ½-1 cup milk if desired.
