Dill Pickle Dressing Recipe
The deliciousness of the sweet and saltines of dill pickles drizzled over a bed of greens.
- ¾ cup low-fat buttermilk
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- No bake/cook
- In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Drizzle over tossed green salad or stir into pasta or potato salad.
Makes about 12 (2 tablespoon) servings.
Serving Suggestion: Want to make the picture? Toss spring greens, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced hard-boiled eggs, red onions and cooked chicken with desired amount of dressing.
