Delicious Dill Chicken Salad Recipe
It’s so simple to throw this delicious and summery chicken salad together! Serve it on buns or a bed of lettuce.
ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons Dill Pickle Dip Mix
- 2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries

1 tablespoon Onion Onion Seasoning

directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients; remove half the dip and refrigerate for another use.
- Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Serve on buns or a bed of lettuce.

So delicious!
Couldn't get enough of this easy to prepare chicken salad. Left it sit overnight so the cranberries would rehydrate. Definitely one I will be making again and again.

Great Chicken Salad
Instead of dried cranberies, I used green bell pepper fresh from the garden and red onion. This was fabulous served on a bed of lettuce.
